You are the data controller for the information you input and configure. Subsignal acts as the data processor, collecting and analyzing market data on your behalf.
- As long as your account remains active, you retain full control over your monitoring settings, tracked companies, and personal account data.
- You can modify, delete, or export your account data and monitoring configurations at any time through your dashboard.
- We respect all deletion requests. Any personal data you request to be deleted is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
- Market intelligence data collected from public sources may be retained for analytical purposes but is anonymized to prevent identification of individual users.
